His transformational tenure with Landmark Worldwide (2009–2019), where he qualified as a Coach and led five intensive 110-day leadership programs, shaped his expertise in leadership development, organizational transformation, collaboration, and business scaling.

Since 2018, he has been an Independent Consultant with Incubate Hub, driving project funding for Renewable and Bio-Energy projects and mentoring startups.
